  ** During Standard Season there is normally a minimum of 2 nights stay at weekends (Friday & Saturday nights) at Bank Holidays and from mid July until the end of August.
   

• DEPOSITS:
  A NON REFUNDABLE deposit of 25% of total cost of stay is required.
  This deposit may be paid by DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD

• CANCELLATIONS 

Cancellations within a week of arrival will incur a charge, deductible from your credit or debit card,  which will be in addition to the non refundable deposit as follows:

Cancellation within  2 - 7 arrival days 25% of total cost of stay

Cancellation within 0 - 1 arrival day 50% of total cost of stay, with a minimum of one night's B&B cost.

"NO SHOWS" will be charged full cost of stay

We recommend that guests take out travel insurance.
