DEPOSITS

We prefer deposits to be paid by credit or debit card.
If your stay is more than 3 weeks away, you may pay your deposit by cheque, but If your deposit cheque is not received within 5 days of initial booking your reservation will be automatically cancelled.

• CANCELLATIONS

  Cancellations within a week of arrival will incur a charge, deductible from your credit or debit card,  which will be in addition to the non refundable deposit as follows:

  Cancellation within  2 - 7 arrival days 25% of total cost of stay
  
  Cancellation within 0 - 1 arrival day 50% of total cost of stay, with a minimum of one night's B&B cost.
  
  "NO SHOWS" will be charged full cost of stay

  We recommend that guests take out travel insurance.

• CHECK IN / OUT TIMES:
  Rooms will be ready for you from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
  Guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
