The above are always provided on side table but if you would like Porridge or half fresh Grapefruit, please pre-order on form

Breakfast is served between 8:30 AM and 10:00 AM, last order 9:30 AM. To avoid delays, guests are requested to choose their breakfasts the day before, and an order form will be provided for this purpose. Vegetarian breakfasts can be provided on prior request.

  All rooms have tea & coffee making facilities, colour television and a fully stocked mini bar.
  
  Beds are normally made up with duvets, but on prior request, sheets and blankets can be provided.

• PETS

  Please note that we have two cats Penny (black & white female) and Bobby (Ginger) plus Wally our blue fronted Amazon parrot. Therefore pets are welcome if fairly docile.

SMOKING

Guests are requested not to smoke in THE HOUSE.
Smoking is permitted in conservatory or garden, however, guests are requested not to smoke in conservatory while other guests are in breakfast room.
